Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
To start a return, please contact us at Fusionstockstore@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3â7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
For damaged items, we'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
